Was initially concerned about buying from an online company that I had never heard of. Research seemed it's a legit company with good reviews. Delivery was timely and item was undamaged and well packaged. Love the rug, it's perfect in our dinning room. Would definitely recommend both the company rug truck as well as the rug. I'm happy.
