We offer a 30-Day, In-Home Trial on every rug we sell, except for area rugs from our Last Stop collection and rug pads that have been opened. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your rug within 30 days of delivery as long as it is in unused condition. Prior to accepting your shipment, please take a moment to inspect your rug for visible damage. If your rug has been damaged in delivery, you have the right to refuse the shipment and demand a prompt full refund. All returns will be shipped back at the expense of The Rug Truck. Please note: merchandise returned damaged by consumer, without a return authorization number (RA#) or more than 30 days after the RA# was issued may be refused or incur a 20% service fee. Area rugs from our Last Stop collection are always final sale.
